Chargebackhit analytics provide detailed insights and metrics on alert frequency

The analytics section of Chargebackhit offers various filter options for analyzing alert activity by factors like product, card type, alert type, acquirer, and provider, with additional capabilities for interval selection and detailed analysis of alert performance and MIDs.

The analytics consists of:

  • Filters block
  • Alert Activity
    The chart’s lines depict unique products, detailing alert quantity, proportion, and product information upon hover.
  • Alert by Card Type
    Chart lines symbolize different card brands, displaying alert count, ratio, and brand details on hover.
  • Alert Types
    Lines on the chart indicate unique alert types, revealing alert quantity, their share, and alert type details upon hovering.
  • Acquirer BIN
    Chart lines represent individual acquirers, displaying alert counts, proportion, and acquirer’s name upon hovering.
  • Alert Performance
    The chart division represents alert counts, with hover-over tooltips displaying alert percentages.
  • Alert Providers
    The chart lines depict alert providers, with hover details including alert counts, period shares, and provider identity.
  • MIDs Analytics
    The list exclusively comprises active MIDs, arranged in descending order of alert frequency for the chosen period.

Filters block

  • Guide
    The section provides an interface for managing MIDs, with capabilities for detailed inspection, data modification, filtering, and exporting.
    MID
    It’s collected from the added MIDs.
  • Guide

    Outcome
    Alert outcomes reflect transaction status, from refunding, declination, non-existence, acknowledged, pending, to shipment stages.

Alert Activity

The lines on the chart represent individual products, and hovering over a line provides information about the number of alerts, their proportion of all alerts for the selected aggregation period, and the product.

Alert by Card Type

The lines on the chart represent individual card brands, and hovering over a line provides information about the number of alerts, their proportion of all alerts for the selected aggregation period, and the card brand name.

Alert Types

The lines on the chart represent individual alert types, and hovering over a line provides information about the number of alerts, their proportion of all alerts for the selected aggregation period, and the alert type.

Acquirer BIN

The lines on the chart represent individual acquirers, and hovering over a line provides information about the number of alerts, their proportion of all alerts for the selected aggregation period, and the acquirer’s name.

Alert Performance

  • The division size is the number of alerts.
    • When hovering over a division on the chart, information about the number of alerts and their percentage of the total is displayed.
  • Tooltip the chart is a table with a legend, the percentage of all alerts, and the number of alerts, sorted in descending order.
    • We always sort from the largest division to the smallest one. The Other category is always listed last.

Alert Providers

The lines on the graph represent distinct alert providers, and hovering over a line displays information about the number of alerts, their share of total alerts for the selected aggregation period, and the provider’s identity.

MIDs Analytics

The list is formed exclusively from active MIDs, sorted in descending order based on the number of alerts for the selected period.
