View, track, and pay invoices for alert services conveniently in one place

The Billing section in the Chargebackhit HUB allows you to view, pay, and track your invoices in one place. This simplifies payments, reduces manual effort, and improves collaboration.

The section maintains a complete payment history where you can:

  • Pay invoices directly from your account
  • View invoice history and download PDFs
  • Check the current payment status for each invoice
  • Receive a notification when a new invoice is created

Invoices may have the following statuses:

  • Unpaid – a new invoice waiting for payment
  • Paid – the invoice has been paid
  • Overdue – the payment due date has passed

If a new invoice is generated while the previous one is still overdue, the Pay now button becomes inactive for the previous invoice. The overdue amount is added to the new invoice.

View invoices


To view your invoices

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. Navigate to Billing.
  3. Find the needed invoice in the list.
  4. Click on View to open invoice details.

Pay invoice

You can pay the outstanding invoice directly from your Chargebackhit account.

The option to pay from your account and the availability of the Pay now button depends on the cooperation agreement between you and Chargebackhit.

To pay your invoice

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. Navigate to Billing.
  3. Find the invoice you want to pay.
  4. Click on Pay now.
  5. Enter your payment details or use the added payment method.
  6. Review and confirm the transaction.

After successful payment, the invoice status changes from Unpaid to Paid.
