Connect your PayPal account to automate dispute import and representment
Connect your PayPal account to bring dispute import and representment into the Chargebackhit workflow.
Step 1. Ensure you have permissions
The integration requires access to a PayPal account with one of the following roles:
- Primary account holder
- Administrator
Other user roles do not have permission to authorize this integration.
Step 2. Connect PayPal to Chargebackhit
To connect PayPal
- Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
- In the top menu, click on Integrations.
- Next to the PayPal logo, click on Connect.
- On the integration page, click on Login with PayPal.
- Enter your PayPal email address or mobile number and click on Next.
- Enter your password and click on Log in.
- Review the requested permissions:
- Access your PayPal transactional data.
- Access your disputes info on PayPal to help you manage your disputes.
- Access and manage disputes on your behalf.
- Access seller details of your disputes on PayPal such as seller name, email, and invoice number.
- Click on Agree and connect to complete the integration.
You can manage these permissions in your PayPal account settings. Chargebackhit needs access to your dispute data to support dispute import and representment.
