The Integrations section in the Chargebackhit HUB allows you to connect external payment providers, helping improve alert and dispute management.
By integrating providers, you can automate matching alerts to transactions, processing refunds, cancelling subscriptions, dispute import, and representment. This reduces manual effort and ensures a more efficient workflow.

Connecting providers requires a brief setup to activate the integration. Each provider has its own configuration steps to get the integration working and start seeing results.
You can also send alert notifications to a Slack channel, separate from the provider integrations above.
Slack integration sends real-time notifications for chargeback alerts and MID enrollment updates to a Slack channel of your choice. This integration is for notifications only, it does not process alerts, refunds, or disputes.
To connect Slack
- Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
- In the top menu, click on Integrations.
- Select Slack.
- Click on Connect.
- Choose the workspace and channel where you want to receive notifications.
Once specified and confirmed, you start receiving notifications.
To disconnect Slack from Chargebackhit, go to Integrations and click on Disconnect.
