Connect 29 Next account to automate alert management

You can connect your 29 Next account to Chargebackhit by creating a token and using it for the integration.

Step 1. Create 29 Next token

The first step to connecting 29 Next to Chargebackhit is creating an API access token Reference in your 29 Next account.


To create an API access token

  1. Log in to your 29 Next account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > API access.
  3. Click on Create app.
  4. Specify a name for the app and assign the access to a Dashboard user.
  5. Select Configure app permissions and define access levels:
    • Disputes: read
    • Orders: read
    • Orders: write
    • Subscriptions: read
    • Subscriptions: write
    • Transactions: read
    • Transactions: write
  6. Once permissions are set, navigate to the new Credentials tab.
  7. Copy your Admin API access token for Chargebackhit HUB.

Step 2. Connect 29 Next to Chargebackhit

To connect 29 Next

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. In the top menu, click on Integrations.
  3. Next to the 29 Next logo, click on Connect.
  4. On the connection page, enter your 29 Next store URL in the following format: https://example.29next.store/.
    Replace example with the unique subdomain of your store.
  5. Enter the earlier generated 29 Next token.
  6. Enable the integration using the toggle switch.
  7. Click on Submit to complete the integration setup.
