Connect the CheckoutChamp account to automate alert management

It only takes a few steps to connect your CheckoutChamp account to Chargebackhit.

Step 1. Create a CheckoutChamp API user

Begin integration with Chargebackhit by creating a dedicated API user Reference in your CheckoutChamp account.


To create a CheckoutChamp API user

  1. Log in to your CheckoutChamp account.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Users.
  3. Click on Add user.
  4. Complete user details by specifying:
    • Username: ChargebackHit_API
    • Email: support@chargebackhit.com
    • Access level: API user
    • Password: a secure password to enter in Chargebackhit HUB
    • Confirm: a secure password confirmation
    • IP whitelist: the following IP addresses:
      18.195.90.222 / 18.192.168.222 / 3.74.184.6 / 18.157.119.243 / 52.88.195.65 / 52.10.37.135 / 44.224.79.149 / 35.165.202.104 / 217.20.173.97 / 194.183.168.65
  5. Allow access to the following endpoints for the API user:
    • Orders: Query orders, Refund order, Cancel order
    • Customers: Query customers, Blacklist customer
    • Transactions: Query transaction, Refund transaction, Update transactions / Mark chargeback
  6. Click on Create to save the API user.

Step 2. Connect CheckoutChamp to Chargebackhit


To connect CheckoutChamp

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. In the top menu, click on Integrations.
  3. Next to the CheckoutChamp logo, click on Connect.
  4. On the connection page, enter the CheckoutChamp API username and password.
  5. Enable the integration using the toggle switch.
  6. Click on Submit to complete the integration setup.
